These are great, I’m really enjoying this series of “journal doodles” – I like this one in particular (for obvious reasons – it’s got birds in it!) 🙂
Thank you, and hooray for birds!! I’ve been sitting in my garden a *lot* lately and there are sooo many. Nothing special- we have a good dozen sparrows that whizz all over the place with no fear whatsoever (I am sure one will crash into my head at some point), as well as an assortment of magpies, pigeons and blue tits, but they make me very very happy!
Oh thank you! It felt like a bit of a departure from my usual style, I was building up shapes more rather than simplifying lines if that makes sense.
I think you’re very right about it having a different feel… some more experimentation might be in order!
